We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role is perfect for someone passionate about recruitment, eager to gain hands-on experience, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates via email and phone to schedule interviews and provide updates.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives, such as social media content and job fair participation.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Conduct market research on hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a bonus but not required.
