We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support the hiring process, engage with candidates, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support employer branding efforts through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Conduct market research on hiring trends and competitor strategies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal analysis.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to talent acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
