JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

• Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting system issues.
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring system security.
• Documenting IT procedures and configurations.
• Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
• Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
• Maintaining asset/inventory tracking
• Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
• Knowledge on Microsoft services : AD / DNS / DFS / GPO
• Basic knowledge on Networking
