Role Overview:

Manage procurement and tracking of critical electronic components, ensuring material delivery on-time and in compliance with BOM specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Source & negotiate pricing for passive/active components, connectors, PCBs etc.

• Track long-lead components and alternatives (MLCC shortages, obsolete ICs etc.)

• Run procurement forecasts based on manufacturing plans.

• Build and maintain vendor relationships (domestic & international).

• Work with engineering team for alternate part approvals (AVL management).

• Monitor purchase orders, invoices, logistics, customs paperwork where relevant.

Skills Needed:

• Understanding of BOM structure, part numbering, and electronics sourcing.

• Basic SAP/ERP experience preferred.

• Strong negotiation and vendor follow-up skills.
