Profile: Student Engagement

Criteria:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly email etiquette).
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
Any graduate can apply. Postgraduates are only eligible if they have completed their MBA.
Laptop/computer and a strong internet connection are mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Interact with students to collect data through digital surveys, asking questions such as:
Are they currently working or not?
Is the company providing training?
Are there any placement activities?
Ensure all student queries are answered and proper counseling is provided.
Ability to make 100-150 calls per day.
Remuneration:

Salary offered will be Rs. 8,500/- (for the first 2 months of the contract).
Post confirmation, the salary shall be Rs. 12,000/-.
Job Type: Work from Home

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Candidates must have a laptop and internet connection and should be ready for immediate joining.
