As a Student Care Executive, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our students. You will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for students, as well as for addressing their needs and concerns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Providing excellent customer service to students and visitors
2. Assisting students with academic and personal issues
3. Responding to student inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
4. Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless support for students
5. Organizing and facilitating student events and activities
6. Managing student records and maintaining confidentiality
7. Collaborating with the counseling and academic advising teams to provide comprehensive support to students
8. Contributing to the development of new initiatives and programs to enhance the student experience
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor s degree in education, counseling, or related field
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
6. Prior experience in student services or education is preferred
7. Advanced Excel knowledge is must.
