We are seeking a reliable and motivated Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in retail or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate store staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and merchandising displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor sales and support staff in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Open and close the store as required, including cash handling and reconciling tills.
• Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and store operations.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to implement promotional campaigns and new product launches.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
