Role & responsibilities
1. Compliance Management:
- Manage issues and problems raised by and visits of labour and PF office officials and other local administrative officials in coordination with project managers, contractors, liaison department, and Corporate HR team
- Ensure Registration Certificate for compliance requirements are timely renewed and obtained successfully from the labour office
- Liaise with various contractors on site to ensure practices regarding payouts and safety are in compliance with various labour laws
- Ensure resolution and closure on priority of all labour union cases for which notices have been issued to the directors of the organization
- Ensure appropriate maintenance of registers with contractors with constant reminders and validate data within these registers as well
- Ensure information to all authorities through appropriate channels for all accidents, other serious incidents or fatality on site
- Responsible for monthly validation of data detailing building wise mapping of workers for compliance purposes
2. Budget & Wellness Management and Centre of Excellence Support:
- Ensure adherence to allotted budget on expenses like housekeeping, catering, pantry, stationary, annual maintenance charges etc. within defined guidelines
- Ensure processing and clearance of invoices including those from vendors, utility services etc. on time and maintaining of all invoices on the system
- Manage and implement employee engagement activities, including celebration of various festivals, site wide parties, wellness programs, tax support etc.
- Manage the Rewards and Recognition program at site in coordination with various teams on site and the Project Director
- Coordinate with various HR Cells to ensure Centre Of Excellence (COE) activities on site, including training, initiatives, site visits etc.
- Coordinate with central PMS team to ensure completion of performance management review process at site as per defined timelines
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate walk-ins at sites.
3. Grievance Management:
- Responsible for timely and proper resolution of queries and grievances concerning attendance, holidays, salary, medical policies etc. of associates at site
- Responsible for setting up site offices at relevant locations as per defined policies and with the approval from Project Director at site
- Responsible for managing the safety, planning and site induction as well as other arrangements for all new recruits at site to assimilate them at sites
- Responsible to manage exit interviews, notice period / retention discussions and FNF settlements at sites with concerned associates
- Responsible for handling managerial level grievances of associates in co- ordination with respective Reporting Managers
