Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during the shift to ensure efficient operations.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff based on operational needs.
- Monitor quality control, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Open and/or close the location, including securing cash, inventory, and property.
- Maintain shift reports, including staff performance, incidents, and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and onboard new employees as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and time management to meet labor goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in [retail/food service/manufacturing/etc.].
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory control and cash handling.
- First aid or safety certification (if relevant to the role).
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
