2. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on electronic devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
3. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, explaining repair procedures, device functionality, and preventive maintenance tips.
4. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repair histories, parts used, and customer interactions, to ensure effective follow-up and inventory management.
5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in consumer electronics and repair techniques to continuously improve service skills and knowledge.
