We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant who will play a crucial role in driving Project Engagement, Center of Excellence Contributions, Training & Evaluation, and Project Estimations & Proposals. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who thrive in high-impact technical challenges and project execution, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Engagement & Execution:

Lead technical deep dives and provide hands-on technical guidance in projects requiring intervention.

Architect scalable and efficient solutions for high-priority projects.

Conduct technical feasibility assessments and identify potential risks and mitigations.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.

Facilitate seamless handovers between teams and document technical decisions.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize processes and resolve blockers Efficiently.

Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring robustness and long-term maintainability.

Engage in critical debugging and issue resolution for in-flight projects.

Center of Excellence Contributions

Define and drive engineering best practices across the company.

Establish technical guidelines and reusable frameworks for projects.

Conduct technical audits and performance optimizations on ongoing projects.

Maintain and update knowledge repositories for internal teams.

Training & Evaluation

Design and implement technical training programs when needed for teams.

Conduct skill assessments to identify gaps and suggest improvements.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and new hires.

Lead internal workshops and hackathons to upskill teams.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

New Client Estimations & Proposal Development

Participate in technical sales discussions to assess client requirements.

Define solution architecture and technology stacks for new projects.

Collaborate with sales and project teams to prepare technical proposals.

Identify risks and provide estimation accuracy for project delivery.

Ensure client expectations align with technical feasibility and best practices.

Skills and Experience Required

Technical Expertise:

Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and performance optimization.

Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, NextJS, React Native), backend technologies (Node.js, NestJS, ExpressJS, SpringBoot), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong understanding of scalability, security, and DevOps best practices.

Ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Experience & Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing.

Soft Skills:
