Position overview -

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Workforce Business Intelligence analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role is to collect, analyze and interpret workforce data to provide intelligent and actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making related to human resource and workforce management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic analytic initiatives to support global business objectives.
• Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytic insights into strategic decision-making processes.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytic methodologies and reporting frameworks.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytic role with a global focus.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of using data insights to drive business decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the [specific industry related to TCF].
• Familiarity with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
