The Transformation Manager will be is responsible for working with the key interface between the project, Operations stakeholders, and the technology (where required) in ensuring the change is delivered in a smooth and successful manner. This role will lead and manage the implementation of tactical/strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, optimising processes, and achieving operational efficiency. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive meaningful change aligned to the Institutional strategy across countries. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of banking principles and best practices.
What will your day look like
Strategy Implementation: Plan and execute a comprehensive Institutional, the Operations transformation strategy that aligns with the companys vision and business goals.
Process Optimisation: Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify key pain points in the customer journey and work to enhance the overall customer experience through process improvements, technology integration, and innovative solutions.
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Institutional transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and achievement of desired outcomes.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during process and system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the impact of transformation efforts on client satisfaction and business performance.
Transition Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Institutional transition projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with transformation/transition projects and work proactively to mitigate these risks.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Institutional transformation initiatives, providing regular progress reports to management.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all changes comply with relevant industry regulations and data protection laws.
