Senior Manager: Graphic Designer

Work Mode: 5 days work form office

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, point-of-views, brochures, and other print and digital assets.
• Create visually appealing and effective presentations for internal and external use.
• Utilize AI design tools to enhance design efficiency and creativity.
• Develop and edit simple videos suitable for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, showing flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of marketing collateral and presentation designs.
• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Canva, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Basic video editing skills and the ability to create engaging social media content.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and not afraid to embrace change and new challenges.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with various marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
