We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our growing team at Intellect Design Arena Ltd in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with a strong understanding of OAuth, JWT, and basic Oracle database operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and consume secure RESTful APIs
• Implement robust security mechanisms using OAuth 2.0 and JWT
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Work with Oracle databases for data access and business logic implementation
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environment

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Core Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Good knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and JWT for secure API authentication/authorization
• Familiarity with RESTful Web Services
• Basic understanding of Oracle SQL writing simple queries, joins, and CRUD operations
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
