Senior Finance Manager
We’re Hiring: Senior Finance Manager – Real Estate | Bangalore / Mysore
Hasiru Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function across real estate and group operations. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a deep understanding of finance, project cost control, and compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting across projects
• Track project costs, cash flows, and ensure budget discipline
• Oversee fund management, loan repayments, and working capital
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, RERA, ROC & other statutory requirements
• Coordinate audits and maintain clean, timely accounts
• Support strategic decisions with financial insights
🔹 Requirements
• Any degree in Finance with 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in real estate or project-based finance
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, Excel, and MIS tools
• Solid understanding of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance
• Strong leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
