Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable AI-powered tools and integrate them into mainframe and enterprise environments.

• Design and optimize machine learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.

• Implement NLP and GenAI models for data processing, knowledge extraction, and automation.

• Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise knowledge retrieval.

• Develop and maintain AI frameworks and APIs to support enterprise AI solutions.

• Architect cloud-based AI solutions using AWS services like SageMaker, Lambda, and S3.

• Write high-performance, production-grade Python code for AI applications.

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions in production.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with expertise in Python and AWS.
• 
  
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and model development.
• 
  
• Experience in LLMs, NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models in production.
• 
  
• Proficiency in cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• 
  
• Experience in developing AI-powered tools and frameworks.
• 
  
• Knowledge of mainframe integration and enterprise AI applications.
• 
  
• Strong coding skills with a focus on software development best practices.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.

• Background in developing AI-based enterprise tools and automation.
