Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Semi-Voice Process Executive to handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Support & Query Resolution

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through emails and chat support.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns.

🔹 Data Processing & Documentation

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

🔹 Issue Escalation & Coordination

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior team members.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

🔹 Process Improvement & Feedback Management

  • Identify common customer issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

âś” Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or a related field.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

âś” Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and with empathy.
  • Proficiency in typing, email handling, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international or domestic BPO processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Multilingual abilities (if required for the role).
