- • B.Pharm, B.Sc. (Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Biomedical Sciences)
- • Preferred:
- • M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Regenerative Medicine, or Pharmacology
- 2. Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling high-value, science-driven pharmaceutical/biotech products (Preferable companies Boehringer, Eli lilly, Zydus (Biologics), J&J)
- • Previous experience in selling to orthopedic surgeons is strongly preferred.
- • Prior experience in any of the following therapy areas will be an advantage:
- 1.Regenerative Medicine / Stem Cell Therapy
- 2.Orthobiologics (PRP, BMAC, Hyaluronic Acid Injections)
- 3.Orthopedic Specialty Pharmaceuticals (e.g., Osteoarthritis drugs, Pain Management biologics)

- A. Scientific & Consultative Selling Skills
- • Ability to simplify complex medical concepts and explain stem cell therapy to doctors.
- • Strong clinical selling skills
- • Capable of conducting evidence-based discussions using clinical studies & trial data.
- B. Business Development & Relationship Management
- • Strong doctor network in the orthopedic community, with experience engaging KOLs.
- • Prior experience in building a market for an innovative therapy is a plus.
- • Ability to identify high-potential doctors & institutions for early adoption.
- C. Negotiation & Sales Execution
- • Comfortable handling premium pricing objections
- • Experience working with hospitals
