Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with customers. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

3. Lead Generation & Market Research:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

4. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce sales.
