Customer Solutions: Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to design customized AV solutions that meet clients specific needs and exceed their expectations.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic clients to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and capitalize on new opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Assist the sales team in delivering compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our AV products and services.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Support the sales team in complex negotiations, contract reviews, and closing high-value deals.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful sales management in the audio-visual, technology, or related industries.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
In-depth knowledge of audio-visual products, systems, and integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
