Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the faade industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of structural glazing systems, windows, railings, and partition systems. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless implementation of robust reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and establish new business opportunities in the faade and fenestration market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions tailored to client needs.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Train and mentor junior sales team members to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the faade industry, with a proven track record in sales.
Comprehensive knowledge of structural glazing systems (Stick, Curtain Wall, Semi Unitized, and Unitized), internal glass partitions, staircase and balcony railings, shower cubicles, and aluminum window solutions.
Familiarity with faade design and manufacturing processes is a plus.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in implementing and managing reporting systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
