Job Description

The Sales Intern will support the Sales team in daily operations and sales activities, gaining hands-on experience in the sales process, lead generation, and customer relationship management. This internship offers the opportunity to learn about sales strategies, techniques, and the overall sales cycle within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and researching potential leads through various sources (online, social media, etc.) to build the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Support: Help the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Customer Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone calls, or social media to schedule meetings or follow-ups.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Support the creation and customization of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports to evaluate sales effectiveness.
  • Event Assistance: Help coordinate and attend sales events, conferences, or trade shows when necessary.
  • Customer Service Support: Assist in resolving client inquiries and providing a positive experience during the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
