The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business growth. This role requires a motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Skills Qualifications:
