We e seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Spaceki Designs LLP. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and property developers in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and property developers
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction industry
- Promote Spacekis range of facade, glazing, uPVC window, and glass partition solutions
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase our products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, projects, and partnerships
- Collaborate with the design and technical teams to create customized solutions and proposals
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms with clients
- Meet sales targets, track performance, and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of facades, glazing, uPVC windows, and glass partitions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Graduates from any streams .
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel (optional)
