Role Overview
Responsible for vehicle sales, customer handling, and achieving monthly dealership targets while delivering a premium buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in customers and generate test drives.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models.
• Explain features, pricing, finance & insurance options.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up leads.
• Coordinate with RTO, finance, and delivery teams.
Requirements
• Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
• Experience in automobile or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
