We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to kick-start their career in automation technologies. As an RPA Engineer, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to support your development and contribute to our automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in automating business workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy under the guidance of senior team members.
2. Support the maintenance of automation post-implementation by identifying and resolving potential issues.
3. Learn to write scripts and code using RPA tools to address automation challenges and enhance system functionality.
4. Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to optimize system development and integration processes.
5. Collaborate with team members to conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) exercises and gather feedback for improvement.
6. Work closely with different business functions to understand processes and identify opportunities for automation.
7. Assist in configuring new automation using user-friendly tools and documenting automation procedures.
8. Contribute to managing process workloads, researching exemptions, and providing updates on progress and challenges in team meetings.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in automation to enhance your skills and contribute to team discussions.
10. Learn and follow Quality Assurance processes to ensure the quality of automation systems and minimize potential bugs.
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
2. Good problem-solving abilities.
3. Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
4. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Should be able to travel for business purposes.
7. Should have knowledge about Business processes, RPA tools, Cloud technology, Database, AI, ML, PLM, ERP, UI/UX Principle
8. Should be Intermediate level in one of the Programming language (Python / C / JS)
Expected Qualification:

Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
1. Computer Science / Computer Applications
2. Information Technology
3. Electrical / Electronics
