Role Overview
Strengthen long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business through excellent post-sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage post-delivery customer follow-ups.
• Handle customer escalations and service feedback.
• Drive retention, referrals, and repeat sales.
• Coordinate loyalty programs and customer events.
• Track CSAT and NPS scores.
• Work closely with sales & service teams.
Requirements
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal & conflict-resolution skills.
• Auto dealership background preferred.
