• Engineering/Masters in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a good academic record
• Proficient in French Language to carry project discussions with French teams of Wabtec
• Fluent in French writing, reading and communication skill, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Technical Specifications, other engineering data related to components
• Delivering RAMS analyses compliant with KPI commitments in both French and English Languages
• Participate in discussions with French teams and implement the RAMS analysis in French and English (as required) as an extended team member
• Performing the Reliability and Safety Analyzes He / she is charged in charge, as per applicable safety instructions / processes and other specific instructions/Processes and other specific requirements committed to customer in French and English languages.
• Addressing Customer / Independent Parties (ISA...) Comments to get its approval on the safety/Reliability deliverables within the limits of Wabtec Transport Commitments.
• Contributing to the assessment of the Safety / Reliability performance of the product and to upstream notification of the necessary safety/reliability requirements to ensure the achievement of the safety/reliability targets.
• Applying the Wabtec Transport/ Engineering Rules & process to his/her activities in particular those dedicated to safety/reliability activities.
• Having a Pro - Active Challenge View on Safety / Reliability Data / Results He / She Handles to Enhance the adequacy/consistency of the Safety / Reliability Studies and Requirements.
• Seeking the technical understanding of Wabtec Transport products in order to better evaluate their safety / reliability performance and potential areas of improvement.
• Adopting a product - oriented mindset in performing his/her studies to foster the capitalization of the results of studies towards the product reliability and safety performance.

Job Specifications :

• French language expertise
• Railway RAMS analysis and demonstration methods and tools.
• 1-3 years of experience in Railway or equivalent domain with safety and reliability.
• PHA, FMECA, Reliability Prediction, FTA and RBD.
• EN 50126, MIL - 217, IEC62380, MIL882, NPRD and NFPA 130 etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
