Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Entry-Level Quality Control Engineer to join our Operations team. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes through effective quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement projects aimed at improving both inward and outward quality within the manufacturing process.
2. Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and inspection protocols to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Train and educate the execution team on quality control processes, procedures, and tools to foster a culture of quality excellence.
4. Perform regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify non-conformances and areas for improvement.
5. Analyse quality data, including defect rates, scrap rates, and customer complaints, to identify trends, causes, and corrective actions.
6. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarising quality performance metrics, findings, and recommendations for management review.
7. Participate in problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
9. Support the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in quality control and quality management.
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
2. Good problem-solving abilities.
3. Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
4. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
5. Good presentation skills.
6. Should be able to travel for business purposes.
7. Knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and 5 Whys.
8. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and quality standards, such as ISO 9001.
9. Familiarity with lean principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
10. Experience with CAD software is a plus.
11. Should have knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, and Statistical Analysis Software.

Completed Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
