Job Description
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintains and facilitates execution of the Quality Control Testing and Monitoring a cross all lines of business (Mortgage Servicing)
Coordinates with compliance all Regulatory and Agency Changes for updates as needed to Control Questions (as needed)
Perform targeted testing as directed by SVP, to validate accuracy and procedural compliance with Quality Control platform.
Monitors business units accurate review, action and documentation of the results produced from the Quality Control Platform.
Confirm system updates/notes as appropriate to confirm corrective action as needed.

Qualified candidates will generally have:
General knowledge of performing and default processes in Mortgage Servicing
Experience with Mortgage Servicing platforms specifically, MSP
Experience in Quality Control, Corporate Auditing experience, OR supervisory role in the Compliance Risk Management field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
Bachelor s degree in business or Related Field preferred
CRCM certification preferred.
