
Responsibilities
• Implement food safety standards (HACCP, GMP), perform incoming & finished goods testing.
• Maintain records for traceability and lead internal / external audits.
• Train shopfloor staff on hygiene and sampling protocols.
• Coordinate with R&D for shelf-life & packaging compliance.
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Food Technology / Microbiology & FSSAI knowledge.
• Attention to detail and audit readiness.
