We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outbound Sales Quality Analyst to join our growing team. As an Outbound Sales Quality Analyst, will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of outbound sales efforts by monitoring calls, evaluating performance, and providing actionable feedback to improve sales processes and customer interactions. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

• Experience:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and target-driven environments.
• Experience in managing and reducing attrition and shrinkage in a sales context.
