Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing land parcels for potential residential development. Your insights will support strategic decisions that align with our development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate land parcels for residential development opportunities.
Conduct feasibility assessments using mapping tools (e.g., GIS) and public datasets.
Analyze zoning regulations, land use policies, and entitlement requirements.
Evaluate proximity to utilities, transportation networks, schools, and amenities.
Assess environmental and regulatory factors such as FEMA flood zones, wetlands, and topography.
Track and interpret real estate market trends to inform land valuation and investment decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to refine development potential.
Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations to support land acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Geography, Economics, or related field.
Proficiency in GIS tools, mapping platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of zoning codes, land development regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Prior experience in real estate development or land analysis is a plus.
