About Mass Vendor Recruitment (MVR)
MVR team onboards new and upcoming vendors on to Appario platform and nurtures and grows them into
brands of scale. This means scouting for potential leads, converting and onboarding them, and helping them
scale their business through us.
DESCRIPTION
2+ yrs experience of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience. Has a background in
quantitative decision making, ability to derive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different
tools and resources. Has managed critical operational processes, with end-to-end business responsibility.
Analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills. Skilled in collaborative management environment,
succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of the
remote and local management teams. Proven history of delivering results while owning complex cross-
functional launches partnering with central teams. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; excellent
interpersonal skills
A successful candidate will need to have a developed skill-set in the following areas:
• Process and Tech orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks.
• Stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of
employees with different skill sets.
• Ability to drive implementation and adoption of key programs / initiatives.
• Operational support and passion, with experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting service level
agreements, improving the availability, performance, and quality of systems, and managing complex
on-the-fly operational problems
• High bias for action
• Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing
program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule.
• Exposure to working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology
• Ability to influence stakeholders to devise business plans to improve the metrics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the
organization
