Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical and customer support for our products. In this role, you will assist users by troubleshooting issues, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product development, sales, and engineering teams to resolve product-related inquiries and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose product-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Guide customers through product setup, features, and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product issues and improvements.
  • Assist in product testing and provide feedback for enhancements.
  • Develop and update FAQs, manuals, and support documentation.
  • Train customers and internal staff on product functionality.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
