In this role, you will assist users by troubleshooting issues, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product development, sales, and engineering teams to resolve product-related inquiries and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose product-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Guide customers through product setup, features, and best practices.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product issues and improvements.
- Assist in product testing and provide feedback for enhancements.
- Develop and update FAQs, manuals, and support documentation.
- Train customers and internal staff on product functionality.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
