We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee performance and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of process workflows, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training modules and materials that align with company processes, policies, and industry best practices.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing various instructional methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Administer pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor trainee performance during and after training sessions, providing feedback and coaching to ensure adherence to process standards.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with operations, quality assurance, and human resources teams to align training initiatives with business objectives and address performance gaps.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and process changes, incorporating new information into training programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and feedback, and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in process training within a BPO or corporate environment.
- Skills:
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
