The Presales Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role is pivotal in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role & responsibilities
• Responsible for handling the customers inquiry (Voice process).
• Follow-up with customers.
• Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
• Good communication skill.
Note: No WFH, No Cab facility, No virtual interview
Preferred candidate profile
• Qualification: 12th and above.
• Proven experience in presales or customer-facing roles (Freshers can also apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Experience required 0 to 6 Years
• Language fluency required - English and Kannada
• Its 6-days working(including weekend) one week off on weekday
