We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented person experience into Placement Client
Acquisition to drive corporate partnerships for placement and hiring opportunities. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new employer
relationships to support the placement of trained VLSI and Embedded Systems professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for placement collaboration.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
• Understand placement requirements and align them with candidate profiles.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of placement drives.
• Manage employer communication, requirement mapping, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update placement-related MIS and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong networking abilities; experience using platforms like LinkedIn for lead
generation.
• Proven track record in B2B client acquisition, preferably in the IT or education
domain.
• Proactive, target-driven, and a quick learner.
