We’re now expanding into goods delivery, employee transport, and intercity rides — and to power this growth, we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Lead in Bangalore!

 As an Ops Lead, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution — leading a 60+ member team, ensuring fleet readiness, driver engagement, and operational excellence, while directly impacting business growth and customer satisfaction.

🛠️ What you’ll do

Lead & manage daily fleet operations with a strong focus on driver retention & performance

Own P&L — drive vehicle realization, control costs, recover outstanding

Solve ground-level challenges with data & quick execution

Collaborate across central, R&M, finance, HR & product teams

Build scalable systems & processes to drive efficiency.

👤 You might be a fit if you…

Have 3–5 years in fleet ops, logistics, or startups

Worked in marketplace models (Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)

Love solving messy problems with data & hustle

Thrive in high-speed, high-responsibility environments

Kannada language fluency is mandatory .

Have managed drivers, gig workers, or supply ops

Know dashboards (Excel/G-Sheets)

Have run pilots & scaled ops experiments
