We are looking for experienced Executive-Operations to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You should be able to ensure that productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.


Responsibilities


1. Maintain record for inward/Outward movement

2. Assist in vendor deployment and Onboarding

3. Create inventory and operations reports using MS-Office

4. Manage daily updates and fulfillments of CRM cases using inventory software

5. Oversee receiving, warehousing distribution and maintenance operations.

6. Manage and control inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation


What are we looking for?


0-2 years experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication skills- both written and oral

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work with blue-collar staff.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong knowledge of Advanced MS-Excel and G-Sheet.
