Job description
The Office Admin provides administrative and support for the India branch and manages front office.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Professional and maintains constructive working relationships.
• Relates well with diverse population and at all levels.
• Responsible for the overall office administration incoming and outgoing mails handling/distribution, coordinates purchasing of supplies, Manage management and acts as contact for local vendors.
• For Mouser Electronics India, i.e. printed materials, filing records, housekeeping vendors, Facility management
• Answers calls and routes accordingly, always representing the company in a professional manner.
• Responsible for preparing reports
• Provides support locally with business travel arrangements, helps to organize meetings and other Administrative duties as assigned.
• Supports administrative activities as directed by Manager,
• Trustworthy with information and always maintains the utmost confidentiality.
• Manages competing demands and works effectively and efficiently with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
• A proven successful track record in a previously held office administrative role.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and make sound independent judgements.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Accurate, reliable, high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language, professional communication behaviour to internal and external contacts.
• Proficient working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and email.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree preferred and around 0 to 4 year experience in an office administration role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
