Role : International Process Associate


Roles & responsibilities:


Handle international clients via mail , calls and chats .
Perform accurate data entry tasks.
Ensure compliance with ISO, HIPPA and hitrust.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Work during night shifts (5 days a week). Saturday and Sunday are off.

Good typing speed is essential.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification :


Must have a graduation degree.
