Job Description
  1. Respond to user queries via chat, email, or occasional calls—primarily for developers using the OpenAI API.
  2. Troubleshoot product issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.
  3. Maintain and improve documentation; collect data on usage patterns.
  4. Ideal skills: excellent written communication, empathy, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work across time zones
  5. Lead and enhance support operations—daily service health, automation initiatives, vendor/BPO partnerships, and tooling build-out.
  6. Prototype AI-driven workflows (e.g., via ChatGPT, Jupyter, Retool) before production-level integration.
  7. Track key metrics (e.g., CSAT, response time, efficiency), negotiate contracts, and coach teams.
  8. Requires 8+ years in support operations, systems focus, team leadership, and experience in automation and analytics
