• Design, develop, and implement automated test systems using National Instruments TestStand software.
• Develop and execute test sequences, test plans, and test cases for a variety of products.
• Debug and troubleshoot test systems, including identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Perform data analysis and interpret test results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate test systems with other equipment and systems.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of test systems by conducting system validation and verification activities.
• Document test system designs, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in test automation technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
• Adhere to project schedules and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in National Instruments TestStand software.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automated test systems using TestStand.
• In-depth knowledge of test automation principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW programming is highly desirable.
• Experience with hardware and software integration, including instrument control and data acquisition.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret test data.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Instruments Certified TestStand Developer certification.
• Experience with software configuration management tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
