Job Description
Hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers, etc)
Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changes
Experience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
Exposure and experience in CISCO UCS & Voice is a plus
Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool)
