Conduct Tele medical evaluations as part of Pre-Policy Issuance Medical Evaluation.
You will also be required to assess the customers pre-existing medical conditions and provide them with accurate and timely information regarding their eligibility for policy purchase.
Additionally, you will assist customers in understanding the insurance products with Acko and address their medical queries to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Collaborate with a dynamic team and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with Acko regulations and guidelines and ensure consistent quality and accuracy of medical evaluations conducted.
Review and analyze medical records, imaging studies, laboratory results, and other clinical data to help make decisions on policy issuance.
Provide accurate and detailed medical assessments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Strong communication skills in English is mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good analytical skills and good in critical thinking.
Prior Tele Medical Evaluation experience (preferred).
