We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our commercial laundry business. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire, retain, and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, including hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, brand positioning, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
- Brand Management
- Enhance the brand presence across online and offline channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity in all marketing materials.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Execute lead generation strategies including digital marketing, trade shows, partnerships, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pitch materials, case studies, and proposals.
- Track and optimize the customer acquisition funnel and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Client Relationship & Retention
- Marketing Manager is responsible for the particular accounts to develop client loyalty programs and gather feedback.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Performance & Reporting
- Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns through KPIs and analytics.
