- Responsibilities: * Display strong Analytical mindset with ability to deeply understand how marketing funnels work & come up with data driven RCAs on various problem statements
- * Assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor marketing performance metrics
- * Utilise SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases for analysis and reporting purposes
- * Oversee, execute and evaluate the performance of SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns
- * Display curiosity, a rapid learning capability, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, data engineering and design for day to day tasks
- * Handle multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changing situations with minimal direct supervision
- * Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimise campaigns and user experiences
- Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field
- * 1-2 year of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a similar role (internship experience is acceptable)
- * Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis; willingness to learn and develop SQL skills further
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualisation tools (eg
- , Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- * Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media) and key performance metrics
- * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- * Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment
