Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensuring timely start and completion of PM cycle as per the norms
• Auditing coolers in market to maximize their productivity and using the data for refurbishment/replacement of coolers
• Verification of compressors & CFM replaced by vendor in market as per SOP.
• Coordination with Sales Team and distributors for mismatch Agreements, damage coolers and non-productive outlets.
• Pull out /Movement to be done as per SOP.
• Vendor / technician training on software application to capture all parameters
• Plan & execute Vendor / technician technical training.
• Ensure safety during the execution in market & warehouse.
• Ensure all SOPs laid down by organization are followed
